 Albergaccio di Castellina’s offers diners delicious Tuscan dishes created with genuine local products which the chef has transformed with her creative touch. Wood and stone provide a rustic but elegant ambiance. The Gnocchi di patate e zafferano al sugo di musetto di vitellone e sfoglie di carciofo croccanti: Saffron potato gnocchi in veal sauce with crunchy artichoke comes highly recommended.
